Osceola Mills increases time for music, art and poetry instruction
Three teachers present five-minute lessons to Osceola Mills Elementary School students.
Music teacher Don Henry appears first, followed by librarian Kylie Minarchick and art teacher Karen King.
These quick lessons allow student in Osceola Mills to receive 120 minutes of instruction a week in each subject — that’s more time than any other Centre County public school sets aside for arts education.
